It has been smoking hot here in Brea, California. Make sure you are getting your dogs the water they need to stay hydrated. If you have a white dog with pink skin make sure that if you are in the sun with them you are applying sunscreen so they do not burn.

Kristy from Orkin with Bed Bug Dog Beau showed the audience just how fast and reliable this furry fury finds the little bed bug critters. They were a bit hit and this black lab felt like being in dog heaven with all the attention he got! Kristy even took him to the splash dog pools and let him cool off while showing just how much he loves his toy!We met some great people and exciting new connections and got ideas for the next 12 months for our training. While we always love the shows from our friends at the Anaheim PD, we were even more appreciative this time. And as always, the Splash Dogs were a huge crowd pleaser and awesome for picture taking opportunities.
The both of them were a great team, always ready, proud of each other. We all here at Falco K9 Academy keep Officer Junior Colantuono and Officer Chris Duthaler with K9 Jax in our thought. Both Officers have also been shot. K9 Ike, may you rest in peace. You did great and you will never be forgotten.
